Will my jewelry tarnish?
Our pieces use a premium plating over a hypoallergenic base metal and are built to resist tarnish with normal wear. Avoid perfumes, chlorine and harsh chemicals, and store your pieces dry to keep them shining.
Are the stones real diamonds?
Our core line uses high-clarity simulated stones (VVS-grade cubic zirconia). Pieces in our Moissanite collection are set with genuine moissanite that passes a standard diamond tester.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. US delivery usually takes 6-11 business days; international delivery 7–15 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes – free US shipping on all orders over $120.
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Custom and personalised pieces are final sale. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do you offer a warranty?
Every piece is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects such as stone loss or clasp failure.
How do I find my size?
Check our Size Guide. For watches, our bracelets are adjustable – links can be removed at any jeweler or with our link removal tool.
